Do I have to do CrossFit to compete?Absolutely not! Though we do recommend you have experience in the movements that are posted and have trained with intensity you do not have to be a CrossFitter or workout in a CrossFit Gym. This is as much about fitness community as it is about the competition and we welcome everyone Check out our movement standards and see which category fits you best, if you have any questions we're happy to help.
-
How fit do I need to be to compete? Our scaled division workouts are do-able for those with less than 6 months of CrossFit experience. If you are a veteran at CrossFit, our workouts will challenge you while still having FUN at the same time!
